Job summary

Cossette, part of Plus Company, seeks an Integrated Producer in Toronto. You’ll lead productions across photography, digital, and print for top brands, partnering with creative and client teams across the network in a fast-paced studio setting.

We value entrepreneurial, detail-oriented leaders who manage budgets from $20k to $500k+, negotiate vendor contracts, and foster cross-market relationships. Hybrid role with flexible hours and strong health and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in a creative agency role with non-traditional agency experience advantageous.
• 4+ years experience leading in photography and studio production across digital, social, OLV, print and radio.
• Deep understanding of production design, file prep, retouching, and production specifications for print/digital.
• Experience with direct mail, outdoor, POS and packaging is an asset.
• Understanding of various print processes is advantageous.
• Experience in managing multiple projects on large-scale integrated productions.
• Strong local production industry knowledge and relationships across markets.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts including production agreements, music licensing and talent contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead productions across multiple integrated platforms, focusing on photography, digital, OLV, social, OOH and print.
• Advise on production approaches, budgeting, opportunities, efficiencies and partners.
• Be client-facing and work closely with creative and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, seek process optimizations with the Director of Studio Production.
• Be detail-oriented with all logistical and financial aspects including scoping, timelines, contracts, and cost tracking on budgets $20k–$500k+.
• Manage external vendors, crews, and union/non-union talent; maintain contacts locally and globally.
• Stay passionate about production, new technologies & AI, and best-in-class work.
