About You:

You’re passionate about visual storytelling and have a history of leading projects that include a high level of polish and complexity. You are a strategic thinker and are comfortable leveraging your communication skills to lead award‑winning work for our clients. You are an integral member of our client‑facing team, building loyal client relationships by identifying their needs and bringing their ideas to life.

The Opportunity:

  • Guide and lead delivery of complex projects, multi‑phase work and programs including scope, schedules, bids, budgets, casting and resourcing
  • Accountable for all project financial admin, including vendor and client invoicing and payment
  • Manage and develop producers, coordinators, freelancers
  • Design bespoke workflows, procedures and protocols where necessary
  • Close upsell and extension opportunities
  • Own financial and business outcomes, results, and KPI successes
  • Build trust through accountable, growth‑oriented leadership and clear, empathetic communication.
  • Balance business goals with team needs, navigating challenges and relationships with confidence and clarity.
  • Contribute strategically to business opportunities while staying open, collaborative, and solutions‑focused.

The Compensation:

  • $90,000–$140,000 CAD
