Job description

Integrated Brand Coordinator: Toronto Raptors and Raptors 905
  • Full-time

At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that is representative of our community and where all employees feel they belong and can reach their full potential. We are Canada’s preeminent leader in delivering top quality sport and entertainment experiences and one of North America’s leading providers of exceptional fan experiences. We are the parent company of the National Hockey League’s Toronto Maple Leafs, the National Basketball Association’s Toronto Raptors, Major League Soccer’s Toronto FC, the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts, and development teams including the Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA G League), Toronto FC II (MLS NEXT Pro), and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club (NBA 2K League).

MLSE owns and operates venues such as Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre. We also host live music, entertainment events, and offer culinary experiences through our restaurants (e11even and RS) and clubs (Hot Stove Club, ScotiaClub, and Platinum Club). Through the MLSE Foundation, we have invested over $45 million into Ontario communities since 2009, and with MLSE LaunchPad, we support youth facing barriers in using sport to realize their potential.

Our common purpose is to unite and empower our employees to create extraordinary moments for fans and each other. Join our team as a Coordinator in the integrated brand marketing team, where you will support the development and execution of go-to-market plans across a diverse brand portfolio. You will learn how to take an insight-driven approach, bridging business, creativity, and technology. The role requires handling competing priorities gracefully, acting quickly, adapting to change, and being motivated by data and results.

Marketing is key to innovating and enhancing the fan/guest experience, and shaping our brands’ relevance to the broader culture.

  • Assist in executing go-to-market plans for various initiatives.
  • Generate new ideas and challenge existing thinking to resonate with fans and advance our business.
  • Manage multiple priorities, supporting revenue activities by collaborating with ticketing, retail, food and beverage, and sponsorship teams.
  • Partner with strategy & insights and business intelligence teams for research, competitive audits, and campaign performance updates to inform business health.
  • Contribute to specialty projects related to your brand portfolio.

Note: We understand you may not meet all qualifications. Please share relevant expertise and experience in your application message to the hiring manager.

  • 1-3 years of strategic marketing experience in high-consideration product marketing, with campaign development experience.
  • Interest in discovering and applying cultural and category trends.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Adaptive, proactive, and quick-thinking mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools.
  • Confidence in presenting and brainstorming with peers and senior team members.
