Job Description

As a Coordinator in the integrated brand marketing team, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market plans across a brand portfolio. You will learn from your team how to adopt an insight-driven approach and help bridge the worlds of business, creativity, and technology. You are capable of gracefully handling competing priorities, are quick to take action, and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment. You are motivated by data and results.

Marketing plays an integral role in driving innovation related to enhancing the fan/guest experience and shaping how our brands remain culturally relevant to the masses.

  1. Assist in executing go-to-market plans for various initiatives.
  2. Contribute to shaping new ideas and challenge thinking to resonate with our fans and advance our business.
  3. Manage multiple priorities and support revenue-generating activities by collaborating with ticketing, retail, food and beverage, and sponsorship teams.
  4. Work with strategy & insights and business intelligence teams to assist in research, competitive audits, and deliver ongoing campaign performance updates and impact assessments.
  5. Participate in specialty projects related to your brand portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of strategic marketing experience in a high-consideration product marketing role with campaign development experience.
  • Interest in discovering and applying cultural and category trends.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Highly adaptive and proactive mindset, quick on your feet.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and brainstorming with peers and senior team members.
