Job description

Integrated Brand Coordinator: Toronto Football Club and Toronto Argonauts
  • Full-time

At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that is representative of our community and where all employees feel they belong and can reach their full potential. We are Canada’s preeminent leader in delivering top-quality sport and entertainment experiences and one of North America’s leading providers of exceptional fan experiences. We are the parent company of the National Hockey League’s Toronto Maple Leafs, the National Basketball Association’s Toronto Raptors, Major League Soccer’s Toronto FC, the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts, and development teams with the Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA G League), Toronto FC II (MLS NEXT Pro League), and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club (NBA 2K League).

MLSE owns and/or operates all the venues our teams play and train in, including Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre. We also provide fans in Toronto with incredible live music and entertainment events, as well as exceptional culinary experiences through our restaurants (e11even and RS) and clubs (Hot Stove Club, ScotiaClub, and Platinum Club). Through MLSE Foundation, we have invested over $45 million into Ontario communities since 2009, and with MLSE LaunchPad, we support youth facing barriers to use sport to recognize and reach their potential.

We achieve all of this through our Common Purpose — to unite and empower our employees to create extraordinary moments for our fans and each other. Come be a part of the team.

As a Coordinator in the integrated brand marketing team, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market plans across a brand portfolio. You will learn how to take an insight-driven approach, bridging business, creativity, and technology. You should handle competing priorities gracefully, act quickly, adapt to change, and be motivated by data and results.

Marketing plays an integral role in driving innovation related to enhancing the fan/guest experience and shaping how our brands stay culturally relevant to the masses.

  1. Help execute go-to-market plans for various initiatives.
  2. Shape new ideas and challenge thinking to resonate with fans and propel our business forward.
  3. Balance multiple priorities and support revenue-generating activities by collaborating with ticketing, retail, food and beverage, and sponsorship teams.
  4. Work with strategy & insights and business intelligence teams to assist in research, conduct competitive audits, and deliver campaign performance updates to inform business health.
  5. Contribute to specialty projects related to your brand portfolio.

Note: We understand you may not meet all qualifications but may have other relevant expertise. Please share your experiences in the "Message to the Hiring Manager" section of our online application.

  • Interest in discovering and applying cultural and category trends.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • Highly adaptive, proactive, and quick on your feet.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools.
  • Confidence in presenting and brainstorming with peers and senior team members.
