CCG is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver insurance training programs for our partners. You will design instructional materials, present sessions with energy, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure learning impact.
The role requires 5+ years in insurance training, proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia, and strong communication. Based in Thornhill with occasional offsite travel. Fluency in French is a plus.

Position DetailsWhat you will do
Who you are –
• Having Post-secondary degree/diploma and interest in pursuing Adult Education certification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the insurance industry in the capacity of broker/agent/underwriter/claims adjuster
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training development using different delivery modalities is a must
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• French language proficiency is an asset
*This position is based in Thornhill, with travel required to offsite locations occasionally*.
