Insurance Team Lead

Your success stems from partnering with the Branch Manager to develop and support an effective team of sales professionals. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets.

Here is what a typical day looks like

1. Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager.
2. Review client data entries, invoicing, and coverage selection for compliance.
3. Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements while ensuring your team's client activities are dealt with effectively.
4. Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business.
5. Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
6. Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training, and other courses.

1. General Insurance Level 2 License required.

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours/week (12 month contract)

Salary Range: $61,000 - $76,000
