Job summary

Verdant Insurance Inc. is seeking motivated Insurance Producers for a commission-only role, supported by lead generation to help you close sales. You will pursue opportunities across personal and commercial lines and build lasting client relationships.

You will assess client needs, tailor insurance solutions, and leverage CRM tools and marketing materials. Training and development are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required.
• Valid RIBO license/OTL willing to switch to RIBO
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A strong desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
• Exceptional phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new insurance sales opportunities across personal and commercial lines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
• Leverage company-provided leads to supplement your prospecting efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to drive business growth.

Education

RIBO license/OTL willing to switch to RIBO
