Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an Insurance Producer for a commission-based role in Burlington, ON. This full-time position offers hybrid work flexibility while engaging brokers in selling Auto, Home, Travel, and Commercial Insurance.

Candidates must possess an active RIBO License and be fluent in both Spanish and English. With support structures in place, brokers can focus on generating business in a supportive environment catering to the Latino market.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Travel, and Commercial Insurance
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Cross-sell and maximize retention opportunities
• Work with multiple insurance markets to provide competitive solutions
• Maintain underwriting quality and compliance standards
• Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities strategically

Requirements

• Active RIBO License in Ontario
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Experience using Applied EPIC and CompuQuote (Required)Previous insurance brokerage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Ontario insurance markets
• Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with high-risk markets is considered an asset
