Job summary

Begin Insurance is looking for an Insurance Producer in Burlington, ON. The role is commission-based and full-time with hybrid work flexibility. Candidates must hold an active RIBO license and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Experience with Applied EPIC and CompuQuote is essential.

• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Travel, and Commercial Insurance
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Cross‑sell and maximize retention opportunities
• Work with multiple insurance markets to provide competitive solutions
• Maintain underwriting quality and compliance standards
• Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities strategically

Requirements

• Active RIBO License in Ontario
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Experience using Applied EPIC and CompuQuote (Required)
• Previous insurance brokerage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Ontario insurance markets
• Self‑motivated and sales‑driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with high‑risk markets is considered an asset
