Astro Insurance Brokers, backed by SIB Corp., seeks a Front Desk & Insurance Processing Administrator to support clients and the brokerage team in Lethbridge. This full-time, in-office role combines front desk service with data entry, document management, and routine insurance processing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in person and by phone with friendly, professional service.
• Triage calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Perform accurate data entry and assist with routine insurance processing tasks.
• Upload and organize client documents and electronic files.
• Support brokers and TSRs with administrative tasks.
• Handle printing, scanning, mail and document sorting.
• Schedule appointments and help maintain client follow-ups and office workflows.
