Qualifications

• Dedicated to exceptional service and addressing customer needs for internal and external customers.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in insurance.
• Degree, diploma or certificate in a related field is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating complex subjects clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
• Support solution design and alignment with project objectives.
• Document and analyze current and future state processes.
• Coordinate testing activities and maintain testing documentation.
• Verifies delivered solutions meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
