Job summary

Bevertec seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to work in Waterloo, ON. The role requires 5–7 years of BA experience with strong knowledge of life insurance products and processes.

You will leverage organizational and project management skills, and influence stakeholders through clear presentations in a dynamic environment. Applicants should be proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and hold a post-secondary degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Good knowledge of life insurance (products and processes).
• Strong organization skills and well-developed project management skills.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Good conceptual skills and ability to exercise flexibility and judgement in a changing environment; knowledge of analysis and productivity improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is an asset.

Job description

Candidate must have to work in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month.
