Job summary

Western Financial Group in Winnipeg, MB is seeking an Insurance Broker to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business. You will build lasting relationships with customers and help protect what matters most.

No experience required; training provided for the right candidate. A General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset. You should be proficient with multiple computer programs and communicate professionally by in person, phone, and email. Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Unlicensed candidates may receive training for the right candidate.
• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Must communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Proficiency with multiple computer programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and sell new policies by phone, in person, and by email.
• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
• Manage customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
• Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls.
