Drayden Insurance Ltd. in St. Paul, AB is seeking an Insurance Broker to join our local team. You will assist clients with daily insurance needs, provide quotes, sell new policies, and guide clients through the claims process while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires licensure and strong interpersonal skills, time management, and a growth mindset for personal and professional development. On-site position with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Completion of the General Insurance License, Level 1 is required prior to the first day of employment.
• Completion of High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Drive and motivation for personal growth.
• Ability to adapt to various computer programs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily insurance needs in person, over phone or via e‑mail.
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients.
• Upsell of products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters.
• Support clients throughout the claims process.
• Maintain accurate client records in the Broker Management System.
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with providers.
• Commit to self‑development through internal training and industry education.

What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person, over phone or through e-mail
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
• Support clients throughout the claims process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our Broker Management System
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
• Knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans

What you Bring to the Team:
