Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Independent Insurance Broker at Connex Insurance Brokers Ltd. It is completely a commission based role, no base salary. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting insurance policies, providing financial advice, excellent customer service. The role is primarily located in Burlington, ON, with some flexibility for remote work.

• RIBO or OTL license (must be active and in good standing)
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Insurance Brokerage and Insurance skills
• Customer Service proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
