Job summary

Western Financial Group in Beaverlodge, AB is hiring an Insurance Broker to quote and sell home and auto policies by phone, in person, or by email, and to build lasting client relationships. You will handle renewals, pursue new business, exceed sales targets, and navigate multiple computer systems, including EPIC.

A General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset. The role offers 35 hours per week, with a supportive, community‑minded workplace and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
• Working experience in EPIC an asset.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email


• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy


• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets


• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities


• Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
