Our fast-paced Client Service Centre is ideal for individuals eager to expand their habitational insurance knowledge and assist clients effectively.

Our Burnaby Still Creek head office is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre, accessible via the Gilmore sky train station, with many shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby.

Requirements

• Level 2 General Insurance License or Level 1 with willingness to obtain Level 2 within 6 months
• 1+ years of auto insurance experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience

Asset experience that will make you stand out:

• Industry designation (asset)
• 6+ months of habitational insurance experience
• Experience with regular market providers (e.g., Aviva, Wawanesa, Intact, Gore, Family, etc.) with dwellings

A Day in the Life

• Handling inbound and outbound calls at our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office
• Providing coverage recommendations based on client needs and cross-selling insurance products
• Assisting with remarketing, new business, renewals, and endorsements
• Working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment with bonus opportunities

The salary range is $48,000 to $60,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line. Benefits include health, disability, RRSP matching, paid time off, bonuses, and commissions where applicable.
