Opportunity Overview: Join RBC Insurance's Ontario North Field Sales team as an accredited Life & Wealth Advisor (HLLQP / LLQP). You will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to your network of referrals and new clients, leveraging RBC's suite of insurance and wealth products. Your proactive approach, combined with internal support, will help deepen client relationships and promote a culture of teamwork and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Connect with clients through discovery to understand their life events and offer tailored insurance and financial advice.
  2. Promote a client-first approach in a digital environment by meeting clients at their convenience.
  3. Develop and strengthen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant tools.
  4. Contribute to team sales goals through your individual sales efforts.
  5. Expand your external network via market opportunities and referrals.
  6. Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet targets.
  7. Align with RBC’s vision to be among the world’s most trusted financial institutions.

Minimum Requirements to Succeed:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Life / A&S License (HLLQP / LLQP), or willingness to obtain it.
  • 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.
  • Digital literacy with various systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry designations such as CFP, CLU, CHS are preferred.
