Understanding the needs of our business members and clients and offering them a UNIQUE and PERSONALIZED experience is at the heart of our mission. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator to respond efficiently to the immediate needs of our business members and clients. Your role goes beyond initial requests or excellent service—you’ll ensure businesses have the best tools to drive their success. We also take the time to understand their stories, challenges, and projects. By offering a personalized and value-added experience, we propose solutions and alternatives aligned with their goals and ambitions.

What you bring to the table

  • High school diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant customer service experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Some positions require advanced proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
