Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Tofino, BC is seeking an Insurance Advisor who will educate clients on insurance products, own client relationships, and grow Westland’s presence in the community. The role emphasizes exceptional service and growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

The position offers a 4-day work week (Tue–Fri) with a 35-hour schedule. Compensation ranges from CAD 24.00 to CAD 27.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have or be working towards an Insurance broker license (CAIB/CIP preferred).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships and manage time effectively.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $24.00 to $27.75 based on a 35-hour work week. The schedule is a 4 day work week - Tuesday to Friday. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
