What You Will Do:
  • Administer construction and property insurance policies for both Canadian and U.S. portfolios.
  • Manage compliance, review, and tracking of certificates of insurance (COIs) from vendors, contractors, and tenants.
  • Maintain organized electronic insurance records, including policies, endorsements, and claims correspondence.
  • Collaborate with property managers and construction teams to support insurance compliance and risk management initiatives.
What You Bring:
  • Strong understanding of insurance concepts and administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with budgets, project timelines, and scheduling in a real estate or construction environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
