Westland Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Administrator in Dartmouth, NS to support a team of Personal Lines Advisors with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator and team player.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests.

• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint.

Responsibilities

• Organize and respond to queries from various departments.
• Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed.
• Prepare required insurance packages for clients
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the department

As an Insurance Administrator, you’ll flex your solid communication and technical skills to support a team of Personal Lines Advisors. You’ll play an integral role, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and maintain a collaborative team culture.
