Responsibilities :

• Selling home, auto, life and various other insurance products.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Meet monthly sales goals and any individual commitments.

Requirements :

• Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Self-motivated with an attention to detail, goal oriented and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Organized, with the ability to be proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task.
• General Level 1 insurance license (preferred / must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (preferred / must be able to obtain)
