Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking an Insurance Account Manager in Peterborough, Ontario. If you are driven, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced team, this is your opportunity for growth through commissions.

You will provide Home, Auto, and Life solutions, generate leads, and support marketing goals. A OTL licence and willingness to obtain LLQP are required, with post-secondary education and at least two years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• OTL licence and willingness to obtain LLQP.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service including inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and events to enhance the company presence.
