Job summary

Pine View Buildings, a Canadian family-owned business, is seeking a full-time permanent role for material handling and insulation support at our Arborg, MB site. You will load and transport construction materials, perform pre-operational inspections, and assist insulation teams under supervision.

The position requires no formal education, pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, and includes PPE and relocation travel support.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma needed.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• A valid driver’s license (Class 5) is required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Perform pre-operational inspection.
• Perform routine maintenance work.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Assist with insulation projects as needed.
• Assist insulation installers during spray foam application on construction sites under direct supervision.
• Prepare, stage, and transport insulation materials, tools, and equipment to work areas.
• Prepare work surfaces and assist in setting up insulation equipment as required.
• Support installation activities by holding, positioning, and handling materials as directed by tradesperson.
• Assist with placement and adjustment of fiberglass insulation under supervision.
• Clean work areas and remove debris before, during, and after insulation work to maintain site safety.
• Drive pickup truck.

Job Description:
