IAMGOLD Corporation is looking for an Instrumentation Apprentice to support the maintenance and reliability of industrial instrumentation systems in Gogama, Ontario. This role offers hands-on training under experienced technicians while contributing to safe operations and full trade competency.
Key responsibilities include helping with installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation in mining operations. Applicants should possess a college diploma in electrical or instrumentation technology and a valid Ontario driver's license.
The Instrumentation Apprentice supports the maintenance and reliability of industrial instrumentation systems across the mine and milling operations while developing technical skills through hands‑on training. Working under the guidance of experienced Instrumentation Technicians, the apprentice assists with the inspection, calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of measuring and control devices. This role contributes to safe, efficient operations while progressing toward full trade competency.
Salary Range: $90,585 - $107,000 + Bonus.
