Job summary

Agilus Work Solutions seeks a Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to lead design, project execution, and technical delivery across complex industrial projects in Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver.

You will mentor engineers, provide technical direction, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from FEED through startup, ensuring safe, compliant delivery across sectors including energy, oil & gas, chemicals, mining, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer designation or eligibility for registration.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience supporting FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
