Responsibilities

  • Provide instruction to students enrolled in Business or related programs.
  • Design and implement a student-centered classroom using an outcome-based approach.
  • Be flexible and responsive to learner needs through appropriate instructional methodologies.
  • Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment.
  • Plan and deliver content reflecting a diverse community.
  • Provide evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students.
  • Respond to curriculum/course demands and adjust for learner needs.
  • Develop new curriculum as needed.
  • Accommodate special learning needs and diverse learners.
  • Develop relationships with external partners and employers to support student experiences.
  • Pursue professional development to stay current with requirements.
  • Collaborate in a team environment and follow Saskatchewan Polytechnic policies.
  • Attend program and school meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned
