Job summary

Merrithew International is seeking a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor to lead high-quality group classes and private sessions at our flagship studio in Toronto. The role reports to the Assistant Studio Manager and is part-time onsite at 2 Bloor St E, Suit 1000.

Ideal candidates have current STOTT PILATES certification, proven teaching experience, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, energetic community for clients.

Qualifications

• Current STOTT PILATES Certification (required).
• Experience programming and teaching group classes and private sessions.
• Reliable access to the studio near Yonge & Bloor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide an exceptional client experience and build a supportive community.
• Team player with a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-quality group classes and private sessions, delivering Pilates experiences.
• Incorporate multiple touches to ensure each client feels supported and valued.
• Be dependable and prepared for every class and session.
• Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to interactions.
• Actively take feedback and align with studio standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Assist with in-studio and off-site events to build community.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for all clients.
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our studio and STOTT PILATES.
