WorkSafeBC in Richmond, BC is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop course materials for classroom and e-learning, supporting end-to-end learning initiatives for employees.
You will design and evaluate training, build train-the-trainer programs, and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid work model, balancing in-office collaboration with flexible arrangements.
Are you an Instructional Designer who enjoys working in a team environment to develop course materials for both e-learning and classroom training? Our Instructional Designer position offers an opportunity to provide end to end support for our Learning and Development Services team in developing program and curricula, and designing and developing instructional material for classroom training, e-learning, self-study, and on-the-job courses for WorkSafeBC employees.

This role is currently designated as Hybrid and is based in our Richmond office .
This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. These are considered case by case, based on the needs of the work, aren’t available in every role, and subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
