Job summary

Basement Systems Toronto (BST) is hiring a general laborer/installer for full-time, year-round work in Toronto. The role offers rapid promotion opportunities, full training, and a company-provided truck and tools.

Starting wage is $22.00/hour with potential for increased earnings as you advance to co-foreman and foreman positions. We provide extensive training, a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days, and opportunities to grow within a leading contractor network in North America.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a MUST.
• Experience in carpentry, demolition, and/or concrete work is a plus.
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation.
• Enjoys consulting and helping people find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on installations of various systems using company-approved, high-quality methods.
• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck before heading to job sites.
• Unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company warehouse.

What we can offer to Construction Laborer:

• Permanent full-time work, year-round (no seasonal layoffs!)
• Starting at $22.00/hour with rapid promotion opportunities:

• Co-foreman: Earn between $60,000 - $75,000/year, based on performance
• Foreman: Earn between $75,000 - $89,000/year, based on performance

• Comprehensive benefits package after 90 days
• Company-provided truck, equipment, and all necessary tools
• Extensive initial and ongoing training

What You’ll Do as a Construction Laborer:

• Perform hands-on installations of various systems using company-approved, high-quality methods
• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck before heading to job sites
• Unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company warehouse
