Job summary

A well-established Canadian company is looking for an Installation Technician to assist with the installation and maintenance of partition wall systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, commercial construction experience, and the ability to work both independently and as a team. This full-time role comes with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience required.
• Valid 'G' Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy construction material is necessary.

Our client is a well-established, Canadian-owned company with over 20 years of success in the industry. They specialize in manufacturing, modifying, remodeling, and refinishing wall partition systems for a wide range of sectors, including hotels, schools, offices, and government institutions.

They are currently seeking a Installation Technician to join their team! The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, experienced in construction, and comfortable working in various settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of partition wall systems
• Operate tools such as a skill saw efficiently and safely
• Ensure all work is completed on time and meets company quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience
• Valid "G" Driver’s License with access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
• Own set of tools (mandatory)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy construction material
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
