Eventscape is looking for our next Installation Site Foreman. This critical role supervises our projects on the front lines, overseeing them through the final stage—installation. The Installation Site Foreman will supervise construction trades and may be hands-on with installs. As travel is a mandatory requirement, the candidate must be able to travel locally and internationally without restrictions and maintain valid travel documents.

This position will be primarily remote/on-site but requires reporting to our Toronto office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Installation Site Foreman will:

• Install interior and exterior prefabricated products.
• Travel globally for installations, sometimes at short notice.
• Supervise construction staff, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure on-time completion while enforcing safety standards.
• Resolve problems and coordinate activities through collaboration and communication.
• Evaluate methods for fabrication and installation.
• Conduct daily site inspections and complete reports.
• Represent the company on-site to clients.
• Assist in-house fabrication teams when not on-site, providing input from an installation perspective.
• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, or sample parts.
• Determine project requirements and procedures, including materials and workforce needs.
• Travel locally, provincially, and internationally as needed.
• Maintain a no-restriction travel status and proactively manage travel documents.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience supervising both union and non-union subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction tracking and scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Expertise with construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Experience with finish carpentry and/or metal fabrication.
• 5+ years of site management in construction.
• Education in Construction Management, Science, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A valid passport and ability to obtain work visas if required.
• Ability to travel without restrictions (local, provincial, international).
