Job summary

Patterson Companies in Montreal is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage equipment installation projects, coordinate schedules, and liaise with customers, technicians, and partners to keep installations on time.

Reporting to the Service and Project Manager, you will organize site visits, track deadlines, and support field technicians with administrative needs while ensuring smooth communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in coordination of projects, dispatch or logistics.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Have a good command of Microsoft suites (Excel, Word, List).
• Very dynamic person who adapts quickly to change.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent command of French, both oral and written.
• Very good knowledge of English, both oral and written (approx. 50% English interactions).
• Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan installations and assign the required technicians to each project.
• Organize pre-installation site visits.
• Follow up with all parties involved for deadlines and upcoming dates.
• Receive and screen requests, and report issues to management.
• Maintain installation schedules and lists to reflect upcoming activities.
• Ensure installation files are completed within requested deadlines.
• Coordinate transportation for deliveries and other logistical needs.
• Support field technicians with administrative requests.
