Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The role requires installing and maintaining furnaces, central and ductless systems, gas boilers, and water heaters, in accordance with manufacturer and TSSA standards.

You will work in a collaborative environment, complete commissioning of HVAC elements, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. A post-secondary HVAC diploma and valid G3/G2 gas fitter license are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC installation experience with furnaces, central and ductless AC, gas boilers and water heaters.
• Post-secondary diploma in HVAC.
• G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License.
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset.
• Clear Criminal Record and valid class G Driver’s License.
• Comfortable working from heights and in a team environment.
• Ability to install, maintain and commission HVAC elements per standards.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters;( asset)
• Successful completion of a post‑secondary diploma in HVAC;
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License;
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record;
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
