Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an Install Helper to perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes. You will join a team of seasoned technicians to install HVAC components and ensure safety and quality in every job.

Candidates should have 1 year of HVAC installation experience, a post-secondary HVAC diploma, and a valid G class driver's license; a G3/G2 gas fitter license is preferred. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC installation experience in residential settings.
• Post-secondary diploma in HVAC required.
• G3 or G2 gas fitter license; additional certifications are assets.
• Clean criminal record and valid Class G driver's license.

What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Install Helper to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

• 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters;( asset)
• Successful completion of a post‑secondary diploma in HVAC;
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License;
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record;
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
