Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer in Manitoba. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation experience, a post-secondary HVAC diploma, and a valid G-class driver’s license. Licenses such as G3/G2 are preferred, with additional safety certs considered assets. A criminal background check is required.

• ODP or Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are assets.
• Clear Criminal Record.

• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
• Team player with focus on customer experience.
• Ability to install, maintain and commission HVAC elements per standards.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters; ( asset)
• Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC;
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License;
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record;
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
