Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing, always delivering top-tier service.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with repair shops, dealerships, and fleet service providers.
• Provide personalized recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems, ensuring proactive follow-ups and ongoing support.
• Serve as a key point of contact, addressing concerns and finding solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Support outside sales representatives with quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotions, social media updates, website updates, and email campaigns.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and organization.
• Use Canva to assist with promotional content, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
• Have a basic understanding of website updates to maintain product listings and company information.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth collaborative workflow, always ready to jump in and help where needed.
