Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support throughout Cisco quotation, renewal, ordering, and delivery lifecycle.
• Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, licensing, and delivery information.
• Collaborate with clients, Account Managers, Digital Architects, Cisco, and distribution partners on solutions and requirements.
• Create, manage, and follow up on quotations, renewals, contracts, subscriptions, and orders.
• Procure Cisco products and services through authorized channels and maintain accurate records in Cisco and internal systems.
• Communicate clearly and support audits, compliance activities, and Cisco programs.
• Contribute to team initiatives and other priorities as assigned.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Specialist, Junior. This role is based out of our Calgary office. You will support Cisco sales and procurement across Long View by preparing quotations, managing orders, renewals and contracts, and providing accurate product and licensing information to clients and internal teams.

A Day in the Life:

• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support throughout the Cisco quotation, renewal, ordering, and delivery lifecycle
• Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, licensing, and delivery information
• Collaborate with clients, Account Managers, Digital Architects, Cisco, and distribution partners on solutions and requirements
• Create, manage, and follow up on quotations, renewals, contracts, subscriptions, and orders
• Procure Cisco products and services through authorized channels and maintain accurate records in Cisco and internal systems
• Communicate clearly, elevate complex matters appropriately, and support audits, compliance activities, and Cisco programs
• Contribute to team initiatives and other priorities as assigned

What You Bring:

• 2+ years' experience of related inside sales experience or in a procurement role
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and resolve client and operational issues.
• A proactive approach and the ability to multi-task
• Self-startingwith strong organization skills
