S3 Group Ltd. is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Swift Current, SK or Medicine Hat, AB. You will handle inquiries, generate quotes, process orders, and support warranties while assisting the sales team with data entry and reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales/customer service experience, a Grade 12 diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer Service.
• Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma.
• Possess valid Driver's License.
• Agricultural background is preferred.
• Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsabilités

• Generate Sales Quotes
• Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as required
• Develop customer Delivery Schedules
• Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
• Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
