Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present products/services using B2B and B2C skills.
  3. Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers.
  4. Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
  5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  6. Offer additional products/services with every sale.
  7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of proven sales experience with quotas and commissions.
  • Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Open availability and high school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, strong computer skills, and high-speed internet.
  • Desktop or laptop for testing; company-provided computer may be available.
