Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and use B2B and B2C skills
3. Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
4. Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services
5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
6. Offer additional products/services with each sale
7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services)
• Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals
• Open availability
• High school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Proficiency in multitasking
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Desktop or laptop with internet testing (company may provide a work computer)
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
