Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  • Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and utilize B2B and B2C skills.
  • Build client relationships and find ways to retain customers.
  • Be detail-oriented in sales of products and services.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  • Offer additional products/services with every sale.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Open availability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment at home.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, computer navigation, and PC knowledge.
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
