Job summary

Pattison Agr in Yorkton seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced dealership. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service to customers with new and used ag & turf equipment, while working toward becoming a Territory Manager in our growing organization.

You will engage customers, demonstrate equipment, participate in training, and support sales activities across product lines. Our team environment offers growth within Canadas top John Deere dealer network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of ag/turf equipment and farming practices preferred.
• Excellent customer and communication skills.
• Ability to use computer systems and internet functions.
• Willing to travel independently with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Sell new/used machinery to walk-in customers.
• Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes).
• Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes.
• Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available.
• Displays & merchandising of equipment.
• Equipment demos & promos.
• Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge.

Requirements
