Inside Sales Representative
- Be recognized as a leader in customer experience, especially through digitalization and quality service.
- Strengthen our position as a niche insurance expert in commercial lines (construction contractors, mechanics, commercial vehicles, professional liability) and personal lines (residential, auto).
We work with over 1,500 brokerages offering flexible, competitive products tailored to insureds' needs, with a growing online distribution share.

Position: Inside Business Developer
Based in Toronto, this role supports our Ontario broker-partners and reinforces our Business Development team. Key responsibilities include:
- Follow-up and engagement with broker networks
- Regular contact with brokers to monitor case progress and activity
- Re-engage inactive or underperforming brokers via phone and email
- Identify blockers or opportunities and report insights
- Coordinate meetings for field Business Developers
- Qualify leads and opportunities
- Schedule meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Handle logistical coordination (calendar, confirmations, pre-meeting briefs)
- Contribute to commercial performance
- Maintain CRM records accurately
- Monitor KPIs related to broker activity
- Participate in sales process improvements
Profile & Skills
Key Skills include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or partner follow-up is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Applicants should reside in the Toronto area and be willing to visit the office at least twice a week (200 Consumers Rd, M2J 4R4).
