RTS Consulting Automation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (Value Engineering Analyst) to focus onexpanding our Manufacturing Execution Solutions (MES) consulting business. Thisrole will play a key part in identifying and nurturing new businessopportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the growth ofRTS’s consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive,client-focused approach, an aptitude for consultative selling, and a strongdesire to drive results within the manufacturing and MES landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify,engage, and qualify potential clients in target industries for RTS MESconsulting services.
- Conductoutreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channelsto build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Qualifyleads based on business needs, technical environments, and readiness,ensuring alignment with RTS’s consulting capabilities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Engagewith prospects to understand their challenges, objectives, and MESconsulting needs.
- Developrapport with prospective clients, positioning RTS as a trusted advisor forcustomer solutions.
- Collaboratewith senior sales team members to tailor proposals and presentations,addressing client-specific production and efficiency pain points.
- Trackand manage sales opportunities in the CRM, keeping detailed records ofclient interactions, status updates, and next steps.
- Scheduleand coordinate meetings between clients and RTS’s consulting team members.
- Supportthe preparation of client-facing materials, including proposals,presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Workclosely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, supportingdemand generation and lead nurturing.
- Partnerwith consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions fromprospecting to engagement and delivery.
- Participatein weekly sales meetings, sharing market trends, client feedback, andpotential improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Experience:2+ years in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation, ideallywithin the MES or manufacturing consulting industry.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or arelated field.
Skills:
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Excellentorganizational abilities, with attention to detail in managing clientsdata.
- Proficiencyin CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated,proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented salesenvironment.
- Preferred:Familiarity with MES consulting, industry-specific challenges, and anunderstanding of process improvement and automation in manufacturing.
