Kerr Controls Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sydney, NS team. You will provide knowledgeable product support for HVAC/R customers, manage day-to-day account needs, and work with the outside sales team to prepare quotes and process orders.

Qualifications

• Wholesale Inside Sales experience required in HVAC/R.
• Intermediate computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers and day-to-day account needs.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
• Follow up with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Complete accurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customer transactions.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and track customer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competent computer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer management software.
• Participate in training and development activities and support the onboarding of new team members when required.

We are experiencing significant growth and expanding our offerings, making this an exciting time to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Sydney, NS location.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers and day-to-day account needs.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
