Job summary

S3 Group Ltd. is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team based out of Swift Current, SK or Medicine Hat, AB. You will handle inquiries, sales, service, and warranty issues while supporting the sales team with data entry, reporting, and expense tracking.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Sales/Customer Service, hold a Grade 12 diploma, and possess a valid driver's license. Agricultural background is preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Quotes.
• Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update orders.
• Develop customer Delivery Schedules.
• Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns.
• Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts.
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested.

The Role

S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for Inside Sales Representatives to join our team based out of Swift Current, SK or Medicine Hat, AB. Handling multiple product lines, the ideal candidates will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Quotes
• Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as required
• Develop customer Delivery Schedules
• Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
• Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer Service
• Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma
• Possess valid Driver's License
• Agricultural background is preferred
• Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
