Job summary

Toro Steel Buildings is opening a new Oshawa Centre location and seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business, manage client relationships, and close deals with warm leads provided. The role offers base pay or full commissions, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work on-site at the Oshawa Center location, build partnerships, and contribute to a high-velocity sales environment focused on outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience (closing experience preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in French is considered a strong asset.
